EICR Electrician in Honley

An EICR, short for Electrical Installation Condition Report, is an inspection of the fixed electrical system in your Honley property. Carried out by a competent electrician, an EICR will ensure your electrical system is working correctly and presents no dangers to you or your family. Should they find any issues, they will be noted on the EICR report itself and assigned a code to specify the severity of the issue.

An EICR inspection should be carried out every 10 years in privately owned homes and every 5 years in a rented property. An EICR will also be advised when moving into a new property, planning any major renovations and when upgrading your fuseboard.
