Extractor Fans

Not every bathroom or kitchen has an extractor fan and many of us will rely on opening a window in order to evacuate the moist, warm air out of these rooms. This is fine until the winter is upon us when all of a sudden, its bitterly cold with the windows open and the gas bill is through the roof!

An extractor fan can remove the warm, moist air out of these rooms without causing a deep freeze in your home and as such, they are potentially a great investment. Whether you have a broken extractor fan that needs replacing or require a completely new installation, get in touch with us today to discuss your requirements.

Light Installation

Need a light fitting installed, replacing or a new lighting point adding to a room? We really don’t mind the smaller jobs and are always happy to install your light fittings for you. Homes with older wiring can present a challenge when installing modern light fittings as there are often many different wires at the ceiling point. These wires will not fit into many modern light fittings and will require a junction made above the ceiling in order to bring a single cable down to the light.

We are experts at light fitting installations and can tackle any size of project for you from one light fitting to a whole home refit. Get in touch with us and see how we can help you.
