What our customers say

James did a fantastic job fitting nine light fixtures around our house. He was punctual, responsive with emails when we had to rearrange the time and we love his work. He was friendly (our 3 year old loved him), completed the work to high standard and was very tidy. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to re-book for any electrical work we need in future.

Excellent work, good quality and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

We have used JP Electrical several times now for a wide range of jobs at both our home and our rental properties, and they continue to impress every single time. James and Nathan are incredibly professional, always punctual, well prepared and their workmanship is consistently first-class.

They are reliable, courteous and genuinely great guys to deal with. JP's communication is excellent, with clear updates and helpful reminders of upcoming appointments through their messaging service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JP Electrical to friends, family, or anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality electrical services. We’ll definitely continue to use them for all future electrical work.

Highly recommended!

Part way through the morning lost all power to the downstairs tried to locate the source of the problem hindered by no internet. Was recommended James and JP electrical. Fantastic service talked me through the problem over the phone restoring most of the power. Then arrived the same day and located the problem, also making a couple of potential problem areas safe and some advice on light fittings while he was here.
Got the heating back on immediately which was so helpful.

James was very considerate of the fact we have a vulnerable baby when he came to do a few jobs for us. He disinfected all his work areas and was conscious of washing his hands. The price was reasonable and the jobs have been completed to a very good standard. We are very impressed and will be using again for any jobs in the future. Thanks so much!
