What our customers say

James was very polite and considerate whilst dealing with the issue quickly resolved the problem would recommend him to anyone needing an electrician

Can fully recommend James at JP Electrical, brilliant service. Responded very quickly and completed the job to a very high standard. Received notifications and reminders what time he was due to arrive. Certainly would have no hesitation in contacting him again.
Thanks James for everything.

James was very considerate of the fact we have a vulnerable baby when he came to do a few jobs for us. He disinfected all his work areas and was conscious of washing his hands. The price was reasonable and the jobs have been completed to a very good standard. We are very impressed and will be using again for any jobs in the future. Thanks so much!

James did a small volume of different electric works at my house including to some ceiling speakers, adding a socket and installing under cabinet lighting - amongst other things. He turned up as planned, reminders received, and conducted the work efficiently and tidily wearing shoe covers and treating my home respectfully. I’m really pleased with the work and would use again. He’s a pleasant person and I felt I could trust him.

On time and professional.

James fitted a new living room light and outdoor light and brought all the correct equipment plus he was a tidy worker.

Will see him again next week for more work and in the future.

This is the third time that we have used JP Electrical and once again they have performed perfectly. James came to do a quote for the work which was supplied promptly. We agreed a date for the work and we got a conformation email follows up by a reminder email a couple of days before the work was to be done. James then brought a colleague on the day to carry out th work and despite having to do some investigation during the day it was still completed and the invoice matched the quote. Both were polite and chatty through the day and, most importantly, the completed job is fabulous and very tidy after they had finished. I works definitely recommend JP Electrical.

Used JP Electrical today to install an outdoor security light. They did a really neat tidy job of the cabling and cleaned up inside my kitchen after the job was finished. Very professional and polite guys. Highly recommended

I hired JP Electrical to install a ceiling fan for me. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to deal with. Open and honest pricing, excellent communications, turned up on time at the agreed appointment and a professional and tidy job done. Would I use them again? Yes without hesitation!

Polite, informative and a great pricing. Cannot fault JP electrical in anyway. Will definitely be using them when we move into our new house for any other electrical work.

Booked for one of our sockets to be chased into the wall and replaced with a flush socket. A reminder was sent the day before and a courtesy text was sent on the day to inform us of their approximate time of arrival (very nice if a job before runs longer than expected) and arrived bang on time. Both James and his colleague showed a lot of respect to our home, taking their shoes off or wearing covers as we have relatively new white carpets. Very courteous and warned us of any noise and left the working area spotless afterwards. Cleaner than it was before in fact. The work took exactly the amount of time James estimated on the phone when we originally booked them in which is a testament to both their professional knowledge and speed of work. James will be my first call should we need any electrical work in the future and I will be sure to recommend to family and friends in the area should they need work doing.

The service I received from Steve was affordable and very professional, I would highly recommend.
